Our 600W and 750W macerating pumps are equipped with a dual filtration system, giving you the option to connect an external ventilation pipe. If you choose to use an external vent, the pipe should be 1 ¹/₂ inches in size. Please also ensure that your PVC pipe is compatible and that your ventilation setup complies with local regulations, allowing air to flow both in and out.
Alternatively, if you prefer not to connect a ventilation pipe, our macerating pumps can still operate effectively. They are designed with an activated carbon filtration system located at the top of the motor, which helps with deodorization and ventilation. For optimal performance, the activated carbon filter should be replaced every 3-6 months.
